This organization is 10 years old and is looking at strategies to solidify the pursuit of its mission for many more decades to come. Founded by Father David Shields S.J., and named after Father Oscar Romero. [As the Archbishop of San Salvador during El Salvador's brutal civil war, Romero became the "bishop of the poor" for his work defending the Salvadoran people.
